This Estate is literally packed with surprises!  We have a storage unit full of items that will be unveiled the morning of the sale.  There are many items that are within view but can’t get close enough for pictures.  Mark your calendars to attend…Gladys was a long time Brookfield resident and had an upholstery and drapery business she operated out of her home.  There will be many sewing machines, textiles and fabrics as well as a commercial drapery/textile machine.  A long time collector and auction regular, we should have a little bit of everything for everyone.

Real Estate will sell at 1:00 p.m.

233 E. Lockling, Brookfield, MO. Built in1963-64, this property is located in a quiet neighborhood of comparable homes near the hospital and main shopping areas.  This ranch style brick and siding  home is situated on a spacious corner lot.  Renovations/updates had been started but home needs a little TLC to completion.  The central A/C and heat has been updated.  The main level of the home has a front living room, eat in kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 ½ baths.  Most of the rooms have lighted ceiling fans and original hardwood floors.  There is a full basement with a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and other rooms affording a great deal of storage, but needs attention.  There is a two car attached garage and wood patio off the back of the home.  A back yard shed allows for additional storage for lawn mowers etc.

The property will sell subject to court approval.  The successful bidder will pay 10% down day of sale to be held in escrow until closing with the remaining balance due at closing on or before May 18th, 2015.  Call Smith Auctioneers, LLC 660-258-7351 for additional details on the property or to set up an appointment for a viewing.
